Cancellation Policy

Please note that all sales are final. Deposits are put in place to secure your appointment and to cover the time taken to create the drawing. However, we understand that unforeseen events may occur, and we try our best to work with our customers in such cases. Each appointment allows for ONE (1) reschedule for both the customer and Shane. If you know that you're going to be late or need to reschedule, please let us know before the appointment start time. This will ensure that you don't lose your deposit. No refunds or exceptions. If you cancel your appointment and do not want to reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit for this appointment. You will need to pay a new deposit for any future appointment. If you are considered a No Call/No Show, (We haven’t heard from you and/or you are 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment), you will forfeit your deposit for this appointment. You will need to pay a new deposit for any future appointment. By continuing, you are agreeing to these terms. All Sales are Final.
